Vision Quest - Utesittning. Short & Sweet

Are you yearning to pause and reconnect with yourself? 🌿 Join us for an afternoon and evening in the heart of nature and experience the magic of a Vision Quest. This ancient tradition serves as a pathway to clarity and direction in life.

In our shorter, gentle version, guided by Daniel Faunbäck, you'll have the opportunity to sit in stillness while remaining close to your guide.

We’ll gather in a small group to set intentions and arrive into our shared space. From there, we'll collectively embark into the natural surroundings, where Daniel will help deepen your connection to nature and your own unique experience of the forest. You will then find your own spot to sit, either near or further from the guide, and spend approximately 6 hours in tranquil solitude.

This time is dedicated to fostering a close encounter with yourself amidst the beauty of nature, allowing clarity and inner peace to emerge as you become attuned to the movements, sounds, scents, weather, and life around you.

🧺 What to Bring

• Warm clothing suitable for the weather – remember, you may feel colder while sitting still.
• An insulating sitting mat
• Blankets or additional layers
• A thermos
• Rain gear if needed – we’ll sit outdoors in all weather conditions.
