Walking Meditation at Vettakolen
Welcome to a gentle space to slow down together in nature! 🌿 Join us as we wander up Vettakollen, taking in the stunning landscapes and the breathtaking view of Oslofjord at the top. We'll move at an unhurried pace to connect closely with the smooth bedrock, moss, lichen, and beautiful trees like pine, spruce, and birch.
What to Expect:
This walking meditation invites you to move slowly, pause often, and listen deeply. Here, there’s space to notice your body, breath, and connection to the living world around you. 🌱
About the Journey:
Having navigated my own experiences with burnout, I found solace in slowing down and connecting with nature. This walk is rooted in that journey and aims to support you in your own.
