Milkweed defines their sound as 'slacker-trad,' but this barely scratches the surface. Over three years, they’ve brilliantly combined various source materials—from folklore journals to translations of classic texts—through a lo-fi, experimental folk lens. 🌍✨ Their globally-inspired music explores the threads connecting British traditional songs and Eastern US tunes, resulting in a mesmerizing blend of haunting folk and experimental soundscapes.
