Have you ever wanted to explore the world of edible wild plants? Join us for an exciting Wild Plant Cooking Workshop led by Delena Rose Tsang, a certified herbalist with over 15 years of experience! 🌱
During this engaging one-hour plant walk, set in the beautiful surroundings of Delena's land, participants will:
- Identify and learn about various wild plants, including plants, flowers, roots, berries, and mushrooms.
- Sample delightful wild teas, dandelion coffee, and unique creations like rose petal and dandelion jelly, along with a fresh wild green salad.
What’s Included:
- 📝 A handout featuring information on all discussed plants, tips on harvesting, recipes, and instructions for making herbal remedies.
- 💧 Medicine-making: craft a “Wild Greens” tincture and herb mixture to take home, valued at $22.
