• Participate in a Chakradance Freedom Journey, guiding you through all 7 chakras with eyes softly closed, allowing you to explore your inner world. 💃🏽
• Enjoy space for free movement and creative expression, followed by mandala creation to integrate the experience. 🌈
• Conclude with a closing circle to reflect and share. 🔄
