☀️ Start your morning with movement and Japanese green tea 🌿

Join us for a free 50 mins outdoor morning yoga session in Weinberg park!

We're celebrating the best way we know how: by moving together outside. After practice, Japanese Green Tea Club will be serving cold brew green tea. This time we will bring organic Fukamushi-sencha (deep steamed sencha from Chiran, Kagoshima, Japan)

🌧️ This is an outdoor event — if rain is forecast, we'll let you know the day before.

✨ What to expect:

A gentle morning yoga session, suitable for all levels

Cold brewed Japanese green tea, served fresh

Easy conversation and a nice start to the day

🎒 What to bring:

Your own mat (the only equipment you need!)

A water bottle

An open mind and a slow morning pace 🌞

If you can't make it, please cancel at least 24 hours before so we can offer your spot to someone on the waiting list.

Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can start together with a moment to set our intention and settle the mind before moving.
