• 18:00 - 19:15 | L2 | Progression
  For those familiar with Zouk basics, projections, and frame techniques. If you haven't completed L1 this autumn, please reach out to us before registering!
• 19:15 - 20:30 | L1 | Foundations
  Perfect for beginners, this class covers foundational Zouk moves and conditioning. No previous experience or partner needed! L2 students are encouraged to join for practice!
• 20:30 - 23:00 | Social
  Open for everyone! Join us to practice what you’ve learned. Registration available online or at the door. Included in the premium package.
