✨ Mark Conanan ✨ is a long-time meditator with a passion for crystal singing bowls and the therapeutic use of sound. Having trained through a range of sound healing workshops and continuing to deepen his practice, he enjoys creating immersive sound journeys that encourage relaxation, presence, and self-reflection.

Mark will be leading us through a crystal singing bowl sound bath—an invitation to pause, reflect, and reconnect as we move through the middle of the year. Rather than rushing toward the next goal or holding onto what has already passed, we can rest in the space between—where reflection, renewal, and clarity naturally emerge. Mark invites you to settle in, receive the sounds as they arise, and allow the experience to unfold in whatever way feels right for you.

Afterwards, you're welcome to join us for dinner, drinks and a chat at the East Village Hotel. 🍽️
