The Highland Area Partnership is excited to bring back the Highland Jazz and Blues Festival for its 22nd Anniversary! Join us at Columbia Park in Shreveport’s Historic Highland Neighborhood for a day filled with unforgettable musical performances on three stages.

This vibrant celebration of jazz and blues is FREE to attend! 🎤✨
