Join us in a liberating space that celebrates free movement and deep connection. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or stepping onto the floor for the first time, this is your journey!

💃 What to Expect:
Dive into earthy rhythms, get energized with fiery tunes, and float with uplifting melodies. Our dance floor is all about soul and presence!

• Kick off with a guided warm-up.
• Flow freely as music leads the way through the five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether.
• End with a moment of stillness and brief sharing for those who wish to connect.
• Remember, no choreography and no pressure—just dance at your own rhythm!

💰 PRICES:

• “Try it out”: 160 kr (first visit)
• Regular: 270 kr
• Reduced: 210 kr (students, sick leave, job seekers, pensioners)
• Class Passes:
  • 10 classes: 1600 kr
  • 5 classes: 900 kr
  • Spring season pass (15 sessions): 1850 kr / Reduced: 1500 kr (students/sick leave/job seekers/pensioners)

📝 PRACTICAL INFO:

• Arrive by 17:45 to start on time.
• Bring a water bottle! 💧
• Wear comfy clothes and consider dancing barefoot.
• Hang out post-dance—we provide tea! 🍵 Feel free to bring snacks or lunch!
• Classes are in English or Swedish, depending on the group.

• Mobile-free and talk-free zone.
• Respect personal boundaries.
• No sexual invitations or activities allowed.
• Take care of yourself—take breaks when needed.
