Meet Chef NICO WILLIAMS (Cherokee Nation):
As the Founder and Executive Director of Burning Cedar Sovereign Wellness, Nico brings her expertise in traditional Indigenous cuisines. Her culinary journey, inspired by her heritage and community, focuses on revitalizing Indigenous food culture. Nico’s dedication has earned her numerous accolades, including the 2021 Greater Tulsa Indian Affairs Commission Dream Keeper’s Award.
