A Celebration of the Traditional Arts at Leighton House

Community Jameel and Leighton House cordially invite you to A Celebration of the Traditional Arts, a special evening exploring the landmark exhibition The Arab Hall: Past and Present at Leighton House.
Featuring alumni of the Jameel House of Traditional Arts in Cairo, the evening will include:
A screening of the short films Hands of Time: Stories from the Jameel House in Cairo
Live craft demonstrations of plasterwork, tile decoration and calligraphy
A panel discussion about the legacy and significance of traditional arts, chaired by Delfina Bottesini from The King's Foundation School of Traditional Arts
Refreshments available throughout the evening
