It's nerve-racking to do something for the first time. While I've had the joy of hosting pop-ups in Virginia at my family's Chinese restaurant, I've always been intimidated by setting up a pop-up in an unfamiliar spot. The red tape, the logistics, the strangeness of not instinctively knowing from deep repressed memories where everything belongs. But Angela and Nathan of Stray Dog have been so over-the-top accommodating and encouraing, I really couldn't ask for better folks to try something crazy with.

All that being said, we'd love to welcome you to come hang out with us. Grab a bite to eat, a drink, and chill with us.
