ADHD Uncovered: A Neuroscientific Guide for Individuals, Parents & Professionals

Om arrangementet

ADHD Uncovered offers a holistic, neuroscience-driven perspective on ADHD and its impact across children, teens, and adults. It explores how the ADHD brain functions, with a focus on executive functioning differences, emotional regulation, and related experiences such as rejection sensitivity dysphoria (RSD). The talk also highlights differences between adults and children, and addresses gaps in understanding among parents, therapists, and coaches. Attendees are guided through practical, coaching-based approaches designed to translate neuroscience into actionable strategies, including self-advocacy and communication tools.
