🔥 Adolescents – Originating from Fullerton, California, this seminal hardcore punk band has shaped the genre since their inception.

⚡ Scream – Formed in 1979 in Arlington, Virginia, Scream is a vital part of the early Washington, D.C. hardcore scene, known for their high-energy performances and relentless touring. Famous for their strong lineup, they included brothers Pete and Franz Stahl, bassist Skeeter Thompson, and drummer Kent Stax, with the iconic Dave Grohl joining the band in 1986.
