This draft aims to establish a comprehensive federal framework for AI policy, addressing issues like frontier AI governance, workforce concerns, cybersecurity, R&D, and international cooperation. 🙌

About the Speaker:
Dylan Irlbeck has been working on Capitol Hill for 3 years, focusing on technology and consumer protection. He has experience as a TechCongress Fellow and previously worked at Flexport, alongside serving as a Civic Digital Fellow. Dylan holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. 🎓
