Alessandro Bianchini graduated with honors in jazz and percussion, specializing in vibraphone. His impressive career includes collaborations with renowned orchestras such as the Orchestra Mozart led by Maestro C. Abbado, Orchestra del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, and Orchestra Internazionale d’Italia (with tours in the East including Beijing, Macao, and Dalian).
A seasoned performer, he has graced the stages of festivals like the Venice Biennale and Festival dei Due Mondi in Spoleto. With two albums under his belt as a leader—“10/5” and “My Space 24”—he continues to perform with his quartets at major Italian jazz festivals and clubs. He has collaborated with esteemed artists such as Bob Mintzer, Paolo Fresu, Ed Saindon, and Giovanni Sollima.
In 2025, he earned second place among finalists in the jazz vibraphone category at the international festival ‘The Vibraphone Project’ held at Kutztown University (USA).
