About the Event:
The Irish Cultural Centre presents the latest edition of its engaging live interview series, Comhráite. This event features renowned chef and TV presenter Anna Haugh, known for her exceptional culinary skills and vibrant personality.

About Anna Haugh:
Anna is the chef patron of Myrtle Restaurant and The Wee Sister Wine Bar in Chelsea, London. Her culinary journey began at Cathal Brugha Street in Dublin, followed by an apprenticeship at L’Ecrivain. Anna honed her skills further in Paris before moving to London, where she worked under the esteemed chefs Shane Osborne and Philip Howard. She was also at the helm of Rocket Food and London House for Gordon Ramsay. In 2019, Anna opened Myrtle, showcasing the rich flavors of Irish produce.

Anna’s debut cookbook, Cooking with Anna: Modern Home Cooking with Irish Heart, was released in May 2024. Her television credits include Royal Recipes, Ready Steady Cook, and she is currently the resident chef on Morning Live. Anna joined the judging panel of Masterchef in 2025 and has hosted her own series, Anna’s Big Irish Food Tour.
