Archaeology for Kids!

Are your kids aspiring archaeologists? Join our one-day workshop designed for ages 7-13, where young history enthusiasts can learn the essential skills of excavation, recording, and object identification! 🌍

🔍 What to Expect:

• Unearth three mock burials under expert supervision (don’t worry—they're not real!)
• Get hands-on experience handling real Anglo-Saxon artifacts!

📅 Event Details:

• Date: One-day workshop
• Time: 11 AM - 3 PM (with an hour for lunch, which is not provided)
• Location: West Stow Anglo-Saxon Village

👩‍👧‍👦 Each participating child’s ticket is £16, which includes one free accompanying adult. Additional tickets are available at:

• Non-participating children: £4.50
• Additional adults: £7.50 (payable on the day)

❗ Important Information:

• Max group size: 8
• Wheelchair friendly; please inform us in advance.
• One parent or guardian must accompany each child and should arrive 15 minutes early.
• Suitable clothing is required since kids will be digging in the soil!
