You’ve probably been to networking events where you thought: “Who am I supposed to talk to?” That’s why we’re hosting ASK HER — a career matchmaking mixer for women and non-binary folks who are tired of figuring everything out alone.

When you RSVP, we’ll ask where you are in your career, what kind of support you’re looking for, and what you can offer others. Then we’ll use your answers to group you with people who actually match what you need — and people who might need what you know.

This is not a room full of random small talk.
This is structured connection with a purpose.

How the evening flows:

6:00 – 6:30 PM · Arrival, drinks & snacks
Come in, settle down, grab something to drink, and meet people casually.

6:30 – 7:00 PM · Round 1: Career Stage Match
You’ll meet people in a similar career season — job searching, pivoting, freelancing, founding, growing, or figuring out what comes next.

7:00 – 7:35 PM · Round 2: Ask Her Match
Bring one real career question. We’ll match you with people who may have insight, experience, referrals, feedback, or perspective to offer.

7:35 – 8:10 PM · Round 3: What You Can Offer
Because you’re not just here to get support — you also have wisdom, skills, and experience someone else in the room may need.

8:10 – 8:50 PM · Open mixer
Reconnect with people from your rounds, continue conversations, exchange contacts, and hang out over ice tea, snacks, and HappyBoards cheese and charcuterie.
