Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned participant, this class is designed to challenge, encourage, and meet you exactly where you are. Expect a 45-minute, music-driven full-body workout focused on strength, core stability, endurance, and intentional movement. Our instructors will provide modifications and progressions throughout the class, making it suitable for every fitness level. 💪
