AVPLBO - 6th Annual Vic Park Lasagne Bake Off

Join us for Vic Park's favorite community lasagne bake-off, now in its sixth year! This year, we’re excitingly adding tiramisu to the mix!

Get ready to savor a delightful afternoon as you cast your vote for the People’s Choice Award starting at 12:30 PM! 🍴 Tickets for tasters go on sale on 15 July at noon, so be ready!

⚠️ Please note that this is a community baking event and we cannot accommodate allergies. Don't forget your lactase!

Entrants:

Prepare for some friendly yet fierce competition! Bring your delicious lasagne creations and let us enjoy your effort (please arrive between 12:00-12:30 PM; awards will be announced at 3 PM). Detailed judging criteria will be shared via email.

This year, $5 from each ticket goes to support local heroes, The Haven, providing over 1900 meals a day for those in need. ❤️

LASAGNE CATEGORIES:

• Meat Lasagne: Cooks from Vic Park, show us your best traditional recipe!
• Non-Meat Lasagne: We embrace the meat-free movement! No meat products allowed.
• People’s Choice Award: Spectators can taste for just $10 and vote for their favorite dish. The more lasagne you bring, the more votes you can earn! 🏆

TIRAMISU CATEGORIES:

• Traditional: Stick to the classic coffee, mascarpone, and cocoa.
• Non-Traditional: Get creative! Experiment with flavors like limoncello, strawberry matcha, or biscoff! 🍰
