Baby Foundation Course

The first year of life is a crucial time for your baby's development. As parents and caregivers, it is natural alongside all the joy to also feel overwhelmed or insecure if you are "doing it right". While we often focus on milestones, the important steps in between can sometimes be overlooked.

In this four weeks we will explore the topics of Comfort, Safety, Bonding and Curiosity through gentle, playful activities that encourage confidence and autonomy, while honouring both your baby's natural development and your own journey as a parent.

It is a time of shared learning from the babies and from each other, playful interaction and creating a support for yourself as a parent and for your babies best development.
