We gather inside Acton Park, opposite the children's play area near the skateboard section — you'll spot a David Lloyds right across from the meeting point.

- 10:30am — Arrive, find your spot & settle the little ones 🐣
- 11:00am–12:00pm — Resistance band workout 💥
- 12:15pm–1:30pm — Mingle, chat & refreshments ☕
🏋️♀️ About the Session
This is a pre and post natal friendly resistance band workout brought to you by Bodied By XO — buggies are absolutely welcome! Whether you're a brand-new mama or have done this a few times before, the session is crafted to help you build strength, lift your mood, and feel amazing in a warm, child-friendly setting. Solo attendees are equally welcome! 🤗
After the workout, the group heads over to the Puttshack café within the park for refreshments and good vibes. 🥂🥐

- Recommended age for babies is newborn to pre-crawling — older babies and children are welcome, though parents remain responsible for them at all times
