BENTU brings together two of Brazil’s most distinctive musical voices: acclaimed guitarist and vocalist Badi Assad and singer, composer and multi-instrumentalist Sérgio Pererê.

Rooted in Afro-Brazilian traditions from Minas Gerais and shaped by improvisation, body percussion and contemporary Brazilian songwriting, BENTU creates an intimate and powerful live experience where ancestral rhythms meet innovative soundscapes.
