Welcome to the whimsical island of Helium, where the cheerful Betsy lives with her balloon-factory-owning family! But when balloons face rejection, their joyful world pops, and Betsy embarks on a new adventure in a faraway city with her eccentric uncle, Hercules Snark, an inventor of mostly half-finished things.

Unfortunately, Snark has his own issues — it's perpetually raining, the streets are flooding, and things are starting to sink!
