About the Workshop

Are you overwhelmed by the speed of AI coding tools? This hands-on session is designed for developers already using tools like Claude Code or Cursor, looking to enhance their coding experience. Forget the introductory theory; we’ll share the lessons learned from real-world challenges so you can avoid common pitfalls!

What You'll Learn:

  • Structuring context files to keep your agent on track.
  • Breaking down tasks into manageable chunks to avoid overwhelm.
  • Creating reliable test loops that foster confidence in your code.
  • Knowing what to delegate and what to maintain ownership over.
  • An introduction to parallel agents and prescriptive architectures for advanced users.

Who Should Attend:

  • Developers writing code either professionally or as a side project.
  • Users of Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools.
  • Those comfortable reading code diffs.
  • Solopreneurs or early-stage founders shipping their own code.
  • Attendees eager for actionable techniques, not just theory.

Who Should Skip:

  • Complete beginners to coding.
  • Those seeking a no-code workflow.
  • Participants looking for a polished, hands-off presentation.

Workshop Format:

  • 60-Minute Intro: Covering CLAUDE.md best practices, compound engineering, and context window fundamentals.
  • 2 Hours of Guided Project Work: Dive into real code with instructors available for support. Projects will be provided, just bring your laptop. We will have spare Anthropic API keys available if you need them.

Networking & Refreshments:

  • Enjoy beers, snacks, and conversation starting from 4 PM onwards!

Meet Your Instructors:

  • Dominik Grusemann: Co-founder of Marbles AI, ex-CTO of Chatchamp (acquired in 2023), with a background in agile engineering at BMW's autonomous driving division.
