Lugano, Switzerland, is renowned for the Plan ₿ Initiative, a citywide effort to promote Bitcoin adoption. To celebrate Vittorio’s visit to Japan, Tokyo Bitcoin Base will host this collaborative event with the Bitcoin USI Club, an officially recognized student organization at USI (Università della Svizzera italiana).

The Bitcoin USI Club has conducted various educational events, workshops, and public surveys, collaborating with several sponsors since its inception a year and a half ago. Vittorio will present the club's initiatives in Lugano, including programs like the Plan ₿ Summer School and Plan ₿ Business School, and foster exchanges with educators and students in Japan for potential future collaborations.
