Brood Awakening - Monthly Student Jam Session

Join us for Brood Awakening, a vibrant monthly student jam session hosted by The Rabbit Box! Featuring the skilled Student House Rhythm Section and our special guest, saxophonist Alexey Nikolaev.

This ongoing series provides an excellent opportunity for student musicians to immerse themselves in the jazz experience and connect with fellow artists in a supportive environment.

About Us:
We are a passionate student jazz group from Seattle, dedicated to crafting meaningful musical experiences. Over the past two years, we’ve organized monthly jam sessions at prominent venues like Seattle Jazz Fellowship and Black & Tan Hall. These events have played a crucial role in our growth as musicians and performers.

This year, we’re excited to host our own Brood Awakening Student Jam Session at The Rabbit Box, located in the heart of Pike Place Market! Free for all attendees, this monthly jam will run from February through June, with plans to resume in August 2026.
