Join us for a unique workshop experience in central Stockholm, featuring a gentler version of one of my favorite sessions that's typically reserved for festivals and retreats! This special event is just for WOMEN 💖 (PG for Facebook, yay!)

✨ Enjoy a delightful evening filled with dance to explore your confidence, sensuality, and self-expression on your own terms. Through gentle guidance and playful movement, you’ll delve into the art of tease, slow reveal, and embodied presence.

🕒 In this 2.5-hour workshop, you’ll engage in a playful fusion of burlesque-inspired movement and intuitive dance, flowing through different rhythms—soft, bold, curious, and expressive. This safe and supportive space will allow you to unveil new facets of yourself.

🎶 We’ll groove to a variety of music styles, from jazz to modern to rock—think layers, textures, and a sprinkle of mystery!

👗 What to wear? Come in layers with lingerie underneath—be yourself and reveal only what feels right! You’ll learn simple yet tasteful techniques, establish a confident frame, practice playful improvisation, and embrace your inner power and beauty.

🍾 After the workshop, stay for some mingling and connect with like-minded souls. This experience is all about presence, play, and finding joy in movement.
