Catch the Light! Basic Analog and Alternative Summer Series

Join us for an engaging Analog & Alternative Photography Summer Series, where you'll dive into the world of traditional analog fine art photography in a hands-on, creative atmosphere! 🖼️ This atelier-style course allows you to learn at your own pace while enhancing both your technical abilities and artistic confidence.

What You Will Learn:

• Shooting analog photographs 📷
• Developing your own film 🎞️
• Printing in the darkroom (B&W and Color) 🖤💚
• Engaging in guided workshops on classical and alternative photographic processes.

Whether you're a beginner or have prior experience, our course is designed to meet your needs. Beginners will receive step-by-step guidance in film development and darkroom printing, while those with more experience can jump right into the creative process.

Possible Topics (dependent on interests):

• Analog shooting techniques: filters, reciprocity failure, studio work, and more.
• Detailed film development.
• Black & white analog printing.
• Fine art printing techniques in the darkroom.
• Analog color printing.
• Large-format cameras and shooting directly on photographic paper.
• Various methods such as Anthotype, Cyanotype, Salt printing, and more! 🎨

Practical Information:

• Enrollment Fee: €40 (students) / €60 (non-students)
• Duration: 10 sessions
• Note: Some sessions may be rescheduled to accommodate increased darkroom capacity.
