From 1981 to 2018, Miss Kitty delighted generations of shoppers with her colorful balloons, cheerful personality, and unforgettable clown costume. She became a beloved part of the White Marsh Mall experience, creating lasting memories for countless families.

For our 45th Anniversary Celebration, Miss Kitty will once again don her iconic outfit to greet guests and hand out special giveaways. Whether you remember her from years past or you’re meeting her for the very first time, be sure to stop by, say hello, and help us celebrate this milestone!
