Celebrating Stuart Dempster at 90

Join us for a heartfelt tribute to the beloved master musician and teacher, Stuart Dempster! This gathering is not just a celebration, but a deep listening experience where we come together to:

• Listen Deeply: Engage in a Deep Listening session led by Brian Pertl and Leila Ramagopal Pertl from 4 – 4:30 PM at the Chapel Performance Space.

• Play Together: Enjoy a spontaneous session of singing, playing, and dancing at 5 – 6 PM in the picnic shelter at Meridian Park (weather permitting). Remember, no amplified sound permitted in the park!

After enjoying the outdoor fun, we invite you back to the Chapel Performance Space from 6:30 – 7 PM for a reading of the poem “Gold and Oak” by Brian Komei Dempster, featuring original performers and special guests!

• Suggested donation at the door: $5 - $20 (NOTAFLOF).
• Please bring your presence; no food or drink will be provided, and Stuart kindly requests no gifts.
• All are welcome to linger after the performance to continue celebrating this remarkable occasion!
