Bonanza of joy at Cēsis MOOOVE, an international contemporary circus and street arts festival! 🌍 This year, we're celebrating our eighth anniversary in the vibrant streets of Cēsis. The city transforms into a lively stage showcasing a colorful program featuring artists from Latvia, Lithuania, Italy, and France.

Join us as we break down language barriers and foster connections in an inclusive, respectful atmosphere. The festival is FREE for everyone, encouraging encounters and shared experiences!
