Join us for specially crafted activities known as Authentic Relating Games. These activities are designed to help you tune into your body sensations, feelings, emotions, thoughts, judgments, and curiosities, fostering a deeper connection with yourself and those around you.

Expect warmth, intimacy, care, self-discovery, and genuine connections, along with laughter and even a few tears! To make the experience even more enjoyable, I will provide snacks. 😊

About the Facilitator: David Betz-Zall (he/him) has been on his journey of Authentic Relating for 9 years and has been leading these experiences for 6 years. He excels in helping individuals move past their barriers to uncover the joy, enthusiasm, and openness that resides within everyone.
