It's been a quiet few months but designcultr is back this summer with another exhibition visit.
This June we're visiting Donald Locke: Resistant Forms at Camden Art Centre - the final London presentation of Guyanese-British artist Donald Locke.
Spanning art, sculpture, ceramics and drawing, Locke's work sits at the intersection of geometric abstraction and colonial history, using form and material to speak about identity, landscape and power in ways that feel entirely urgent right now. This is an exhibition about what art carries, what it questions and what it resists.
