Join us for a delicious journey into the world of Detroit Style Pizza! 🍕

Our class starts off with a fun twist as you learn the art of dough tossing, followed by an engaging history lesson about this iconic pizza style.

Here’s what you can expect:

• Hands-on Instruction: Learn how to make your very own dough and sauce, with all ingredients provided from a single source to simplify your experience at home.
• Step-by-Step Guide: I will demonstrate how to ball the mixed dough, stretch it (no rolling pins here! 😉), assemble, launch, bake, cut, and of course, enjoy your masterpiece!
• Class Duration: Approximately 3.5 hours—2.5 hours of engaging instruction plus an hour dedicated to creating your own pizza!
• Soda & Music: Enjoy Foxon Park soda during the class and immerse yourself in Italian music to set the perfect ambiance.
