Dinner with Toronto Founders

Being a founder is hard work, but you don’t have to do it alone. That’s why we are building a community to change that at LocoBloco. The response for our first event was beyond what we had imagined: 60+ founders signed up, 40+ founders were approved, and so we are back.

We strongly believe Toronto founders (and aspiring founders) need a community. Connect with real people who are building in similar space and who share your interests outside of work, so you can form lasting connections, not forgotten LinkedIn exchanges.

We bring together Toronto founders for dinner and activities through a highly curated table of 4 - 6 people who get the founder mindset, the wins, the pivots, the weird problems, the late-night decisions, and the excitement of building something from scratch.

Come hungry, bring your stories, and get ready for a relaxed night out with thoughtful conversation and a fun atmosphere. You cover your own meal. 🍽️

01 · Sign Up for the event - Receive your invite

02 · Share your work and hobbies - We will share a short survey within 24 hours of signing up so we can know you better and curate a founder group that matches your work and vibe

03 · Get matched with your group - We introduce you to your group and your location before the event

04 · Dinner - Meet your group at a downtown Toronto restaurant. (You cover your own meal.)

05 · Meet Everyone - Meet with all the founders from other curated groups through a group activity planned to bring everyone together, and a raffle for one founder to take a prize home!

We know first-hand that being a founder is exciting, but it can also be lonely. We built LocoBloco to solve that. This is a space for founders at any stage. We strongly believe in the power of community and that no one should have to navigate this journey alone.
