No experience necessary. No performance required. Just you, showing up as you are.
The evening moves through three parts:
Slow down and get present — We'll start with some guided breathing and somatic movement to slow down and arrive in our bodies.
Reflect and release — Through writing, drawing, sketching, or doodling, we'll explore what's alive in us right now. No right way to do it.
Share — An open, communal conversation to feel seen and heard in your experience. Offer as much or as little as feels right.

This space is for everyone. Whether you're burnt out from the noise, feeling quietly disconnected, or simply craving something that screens can't give you — you belong here.

Natalie Cramer is the founder and host of Human Hearts Collective. She enjoys self-development work and understanding how we relate to ourselves and others. With a background in communications and creative life coaching, she's now bringing it all together to host fun and engaging experiences.
