🎤 About Blue Ridge Gathering:
This Knoxville-based neo-traditional old-time trio blends the soulful roots of Appalachian music with fresh energy and a modern twist. Comprising Cody Bauer, Jessica Watson, and Duck Ryan, they weave traditional old-time music with influences from bluegrass, Celtic, and folk genres.

🌿 What to Expect:
Their dynamic repertoire features original songs and insightful covers of artists like the Reeltime Travelers, Gillian Welch, and Joe Troop, alongside a treasure trove of old-time fiddle tunes. Known for their vibrant stage presence, they create a full, textured sound with just three instruments, turning every performance into an unforgettable experience.

🏆 Acclaim:
Recognized at the prestigious Appalachian Stringband Festival (Clifftop), they achieved 1st place in the Neo-Traditional Band competition in 2024 and earned accolades for Best Original Song (2023) and Best Original Tune (2024). Their recently recorded five-song EP features three original tracks that highlight their unique voice in the evolving old-time music landscape.
