Ecstatic Dance Journey - 7 year anniversary!

Welcome to Stockholm's biggest Ecstatic Dance celebrating 7 years! 🎉 Join us for a Sunday morning dance experience.

🕒 Event Details:

• Date: August 23
• Venue: Skyddsrummet, Söder Mälarstrand 25, 118 25 Stockholm
• Subway Stations: Mariatorget or Slussen (walk to the water)

🎶 Schedule:

• 10:30 AM: Doors open. Arrive gently, take off your shoes, and settle into the space.
• 11:00 AM: We begin (doors close). The circle is sealed.
  • Embodied Connection with Nadine Edstrand: Through movement and sound, Nadine guides us to awaken our senses and connect without masks.
  • Ecstatic Dance with DJ Johan Flores: Ride the waves of electronic music from around the world, celebrating the freedom to move.

✨ Guidelines:

• A space free from drugs and alcohol.
• A space free from shoes.
• Move as your body longs to the music.
• Dance alone or together - always with choice.
• Consent is sacred: a no is always a no.
• No talking on the dance floor.
• No phones or cameras - be fully present.
