Empowered Collective Meet Up @ Twinkle Farms, Detroit

Join us at Twinkle Farms on Detroit's East Side for the Empowered Collective Meet Up! 🌼 Each month, we gather to cultivate a sacred community through MOVEMENT, WRITING, BREATHING & SHARING. Our aim is to:

• Remember, Reflect, Rise & Heal
• Co-create a space for COLLECTIVE HEALING
• Practice returning home to ourselves in a way that fosters freedom

We're not here to get it right; we're here to BE HUMAN and explore what that means for us.

What to Expect:

• Time to get oriented at the farm 🌾
• An opening conversation to hold space and be witnessed 💬
• Journal prompts to reflect on our conversation ✍️
• Gentle somatic movement practice rooted in yoga (20 mins, all levels welcome) 🧘‍♀️
• Time to share experiences if you feel called to 📣
• Closing breath work or meditation 🌬️
