Join the East Walnut Hills Assembly (EWHA) for an important discussion regarding the purchase of the historic Hoffman School site!

🔑 What’s Happening?
The DeSales Community Urban Redevelopment Corporation (DCDC) is set to acquire the Hoffman School property from 3060 Durrell Investors LLC. This includes both the main school building on Durrell Ave. and the playground on Woodburn Ave.
🔄 DCDC will seek funding from the City's EWH TIF fund to cover the purchase costs, with plans to transform the historic building into apartments in partnership with potential developers.

🏛️ About Hoffman School:
Built in 1922 in Jacobethan Revival style by the prestigious Hannaford and Sons architectural firm, the Hoffman School has served as a community landmark for over a century. DCDC is dedicated to preserving this architectural gem for future generations.

The meeting will take place on Wednesday, July 22, at 7 PM in the St. Francis DeSales School cafeteria located at 1602 Madison Rd. This meeting is open to all community members as we discuss the purchase and proposed fund allocation.
