Family Fun: Express Yourself

Join us for a summer of creativity at Plymouth Social Club! 🌈 Immerse yourself in an exciting program filled with Dartmoor-inspired crafts, bug encounters, and lighthouse-themed art. This family-friendly event is perfect for all ages, running through the summer holidays with free entry and a suggested donation of £3.

Weekly Programme:

• Week One (July 22-24):

  • Wednesday & Thursday: Enjoy Dartmoor-inspired crafts! 🏞️
  • Friday: Celebrate the launch of our summer program with History Hunters Day! Discover Dartmoor's history and landscape through engaging, hands-on activities with the Dartmoor National Park Authority. 📚

• Week Two (July 28-30):
  Get close to vibrant bugs with the University of Plymouth's bug handling team! 🐛

• Week Three (August 4-6) & Week Four (August 11-13):
  Get inspired by the 42 Little Lights lighthouses and explore your creativity through fun craft activities! 🏮

• Week Five (August 18-20) & Week Six (August 25-27):
  Create bright and colorful gelli plate prints inspired by abstract artist Gillian Ayres, whose amazing work will be on display at our A Life in Colour exhibition this summer! 🎨✨

Please note that last entries are accepted 15 minutes before each session ends. We can't wait to see you there!
