Designed as an evolving weekly ritual, Field Notes brings together coffee, seasonal beverages, local vendors, wellness programming, co-working, and hands-on farm experiences in a way that feels grounded, open, and deeply connected to the rhythms of the season.
Guests are invited to move through the farm at their own pace — starting the day with yoga, a sound bath, or a Farmer-for-a-Day workshop before settling in with coffee, juices, and produce-driven offerings from our Farm-to-Glass program. Throughout the season, programming may include guided workshops, conversations, seasonal markets, tastings, creative collaborations, and rotating wellness activations.
The market also serves as one of the most direct ways to experience the farm itself.
