Flush is a multi-course dining experience at Index Greenpoint, capturing the essence of mid-summer with warm nights, vibrant colors, and the abundance of seasonal harvest. This event showcases a collaboration between two creative chefs, bringing together peak-season ingredients for a unique culinary adventure.

From the crafted cocktails served over a special Flush ice cube to a selection of fine wines complementing the meal, every detail is thoughtfully designed around the theme of the season's richness. Expect a menu that celebrates the ripest and most colorful ingredients, leaving you inspired by lasting flavor combinations.

Facilitator Bios

Emma: Emma's journey into cooking started with her love for bringing people together. Growing from her online Persian food tutorials to local pop-ups, she focuses on seasonal ingredients and creating warm, intentional gatherings.

Soleil: With a design approach to cooking, Soleil's culinary style blends different cultural aromatics. Her dishes are an exploration of texture, color, and flavor, celebrating the intersections of various cuisines.
