This term, resident teacher Venerable Khadro will guide participants through meditations drawn from the 16 Guidelines for Life. Each session offers a calm, supportive space to explore mindfulness regardless of your background or prior experience.
Venerable Khadro brings extensive experience in teaching Buddhist philosophy and meditation within the tradition of His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Her grounded, practical teaching style makes deep Buddhist concepts approachable and relevant for contemporary students.
