FREE Yoga in Shelby Park

Join us for FREE Yoga sessions in Shelby Park! 🧘‍♂️ Relax and rejuvenate amidst nature.

📅 When: Sundays, 10 AM - 11 AM (June - July)
📍 Where: 600 East Oak Street, Shelby Park, KY 40203
🌟 All skill levels are welcome! Dress comfortably, bring a water bottle and a yoga mat.
👩‍🏫 Sessions will be guided by a certified instructor and are weather permitting.
