Full Moon Sound Bath + Yoga!

Enjoy a live sound bath experience along with a shorter, simple yoga practice. We will also do a meditation to lead us into a time of full absorption on the sound.WHAT TO EXPECT: Robert will play during the entire hour and Mike will teach gentle yoga for the first 30-40 minutes, leaving a long Shavasana to bathe in the sound!The garden has a large grassy area, which is on Johnson Street. At this time of year, we expect the sun to be behind trees by 8pm. There is no shelter, so any rain will result in the cancellation of the event.
