Girl Scout Retreat at Camp Champions

Join us for an exciting retreat at Camp Champions!

Who Can Attend:

• Girls and adults (men and women) must be current Girl Scouts. No tagalongs.

Cost:

• Girls: $120
• Adults: $85
• Dads will stay in a separate cabin from all girls and women.

What’s Included:

• Lifeguards and activity leaders (except for crafts and free time)
• Sports equipment for pickleball, GaGa, etc.
• Saturday meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Saturday campfire with s’mores (one per person)

Activities:
Each girl can vote for her preferred activities, and the most popular choices will be scheduled. Girls can opt out for “free time” instead of scheduled activities, but no alternate activities or make-up time will be offered. Free time can be spent napping, showering, reading, crafting, or exploring the campgrounds.

Saturday Evening Campfire:
We’ll kick off with a SWAPS exchange before each troop performs their song or skit. After the performance, enjoy a s’more!

Miscellaneous Info:

• Food is not allowed in the cabins; snacks should remain in vehicles overnight.
• Campers must bring their own bedding (twin linens or sleeping bag) and towels, along with weather-appropriate clothing and hygiene items. Don’t forget swimwear!
• Be prepared for unexpected weather; wear layers and label everything.
• Camp Champions provides trained lifeguards for organized activities. Troops manage their own free time and crafts.
• The camp does not have a full-time nurse or transportation for emergencies; bring your own first aid supplies.
• Cabins have fans and good air circulation, but are not climate controlled. Showers may be cold, and there may be spiders around the camp.
